This is my favourite challenge. It involves listening to Nirvana’s Smells like Teen Spirit whilst exercising. This challenge will take about 20 minutes not including a warm up or cool down. (Make sure you do a warm up and cool down).
This challenge involved repeating the song 4 times. Each time of listening to the song counts as a round. Within a round , you will do 3 sets of the same exercise. Perform each exercise during the chorus and rest during the verse.
You can do this challenge in the gym or at home.
