In today running, I had the cutest running partner, my dog. I only managed to run for 4 km (about 30 minutes) with my running companion before getting annoy with her sniffing everything. It was fun to have her with me.
The last 20 minutes of my running was difficult.
I have an amazing run this morning. The run involved running for 10 minutes and walking for 1 minute, four times. This also involved a 5 minutes walk to warm up and another 5 minutes to cool down. I am still struggling to run for a continuous amount of time. I know where my struggles are and I am going to train hard to hit these new targets.

I am really starting to enjoy running. The freedom to put my earphones and listen to music whilst outside in the fresh air. It is starting to help with my mental and physical health. I am feeling more confident everyday.
