This challenge is a mental and physical challenge for me. Probably the most challenging thing I will do. I will explain.
This year, I started running. I have been training with a few C25k apps. (Check out 5k Runner review and C25k review). I have recently hit my summer goal to run 5k. I really enjoyed training towards this goal.
My NEW PERSONAL challenge is to run a half marathon. Some of you may think that I am crazy for wanting to do this. However, I am hoping to complete this challenge by next September. I will keep you updated on my progress.
