This challenge is a mental and physical challenge for me. Probably the most challenging thing I will do.
This year, I started running. I have been training with a few different running apps. (Check out 5k Runner review and C25k review). I have recently hit my summer goal to run 5k. I really enjoyed training towards this goal. Whilst, I was training, I discovered a few things. I discovered that it helped with my mental health issues. Being in the fresh air, come rain or shine, just me and my thoughts. It helped me focus on tasks that I needed to do. It helps with my anxiety. I used to be scary of anyone seeing me doing any sort of exercise. Now, it’s like as soon as I put my headphones on, I am in a different place.

The big new is, I am training to run a half marathon. However, I am hoping to complete this challenge by next year. I will keep you updated on my progress.
